Business Analyst
Experience: 2 Years Minimum
Post-Sales
- Requirement gathering & analysis, documentation, preparation of mockups.
- Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge.
- Knowledge and understanding of Mobile and Web applications.
- Should have experience in the project management, documentation like flowcharts, SRS, requirements gathering, BRD, FRD, DFD and use cases.
- Ability to handle clients & to work with team.
- Writing software requirements specifications Well versed with tools like Visio, Balsamiq, MS Project etc.
- Analyzing and understanding the Business Needs.
- To Ensure Client Satisfaction on the continuous basis.
- Risk management & Analysis.
- Gap analysis & Requirement Outlining.
- Responsible for Sprint Planning & Execution.
- An exposure to PHP technologies such as, WordPress, Magento, YII and CI would be an add-on.
- Multitasking to prioritize tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
Pre-Sales
- Review and analyze the requirements and reference application/software
- Research on a domain and gather useful information related to the requirement to consult clients.
- Communicate with a client to clear doubts and fix requirements. Create a feature list of requirements.
- Communicate with the internal team (delivery managers, project managers, or team lead) about the requirement to check feasibility and effort.
- Prepare realistic effort estimations along with feature breakdown
- Prepare detailed scope documents according to standard templates, using natural language.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience writing and reviewing business processes, functional design and working among development teams.
- Must be a team player, keen to learn, possess a good attitude and be self-disciplined.
